Total Lacqrene® 1960N Crystal Polystyrene
Subcategory: Polystyrene; Thermoplastic
Close Analogs: Total Petrochemicals now includes former Fina and Atofina plastics product lines.
Material Notes: LACQRENE® 1960N is a high resistance crystal polystyrene with very high flow for the production of thick insulation board. The very low viscosity of this grade makes it particularly suitable for the production of insulation board with gases with zero ODP effect such as CO2 and HFC. The utilization of this grade pure, or mixed with other high heat resistance LACQRENE grades, allows the production of very thick insulation board (>10cm). This grade is not lubricated. Application Insulation board (5mm to 200 mm) Information provided provided by Total Petrochemicals.
