Material Notes: LACQRENE® 4240 is a high heat resistance, high impact polystyrene for the extrusion industry. Good mechanical and thermal properties leads to the production of thermoformed articles of good rigidity and toughness with improved temperature performance. LACQRENE® 4240 finds applications in injection blow molding LACQRENE® 4241 is a high impact polystyrene for the injection molding of articles of good stability at elevated temperatures, e.g. TV moldings. 4240 is not externally lubricated.
