EMS-Grivory Grilamid® L25W20 Nylon 12, As Conditioned
Subcategory: Nylon; Thermoplastic; Nylon 12
Material Notes: Grilamid L25W20 is a high viscosity, plasticized grade of polyamide 12 which provides good flexibility and tensile strength. Heat and Light stabilized, it provides exceptional retention of properties even after prolonged exposure to outdoor weathering and high temperatures. Grilamid polyamide 12 resins offer low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability and mechanical properties virtually independent of environmental humidity. They also offer superior chemical resistance and excellent wear and abrasion performance. Grilamid L25W20 is primarily an extrusion grade used in a wide variety of industrial and automotive applications, including flexible tubing and profiles. It offers exceptional process ability, providing tight dimensional control at very high production rates. It can also be used for the injection molding of parts requiring easy flow and fast cycling.
