Material Notes:
Grilamid L25W40X is a nylon 12 which is modified to provide high flexibility and excellent toughness, especially at low temperatures. With exceptionally low specific gravity, it provides weight savings and lower volume costs.

Tubing processed with Grilamid L25W40X meets the requirements of SAE J844d in all specified dimensions of the ISO-draft N173E, and several national and automotive company specifications for air brake tubing in automotive applications.

Grilamid L25W40X offers an unusual combination of mechanical properties, providing outstanding flexibility and toughness, even at low temperatures, with good tensile strength. Heat and light stabilized, it provides exceptional retention of properties even after prolonged exposure to outdoor weathering and high temperatures.
