EMS-Grivory Grilamid® LV-23 ESD Nylon 12, 23% Glass Fiber Filled, As Conditioned
Subcategory: Nylon; Thermoplastic; Nylon 12; Polymer
Material Notes: Grilamid LV-23 ESD is a carbon and glass fiber reinforced, heat stabilized, molding grade of nylon 12. It is formulated specifically for applications requiring dissipation of static charges and is stabilized for protection against both thermal and UV degradation. Grilamid LV-23 ESD offers excellent wear and abrasion performance and superior chemical resistance. Grilamid nylon 12 resins offer the lowest moisture absorption of any commercially available nylon, thus providing excellent dimensional stability with mechanical properties virtually unaffected by environmental humidity. Grilamid LV-23 ESD can be simply and economically processed into complicated injection molded parts. Some applications include antistatic high strength parts for automotive fuel connectors, fuel rails and snap-fit connectors. Information provided by EMS-Grivory
