Material Notes:
Grilon XS 05_02 is a 40% glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 for injection molding. It offers excellent wear and abrasion resistance and is stabilized for protection against both thermal and U.V. degradation.

Characteristic of nylon, Grilon XS 05_02 provides excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals, solvents, oils and greases. It exhibits good strength and rigidity with exceptional toughness, both dry-as-molded and conditioned. Easily processed by injection molding, the high flow characteristics permit lower molding pressures, minimizing glass fiber orientation and reducing warpage, in addition to providing a superior surface finish.
