EMS-Grivory Grivory® XE 3706 Partially Aromatic Nylon, 60% Glass Fiber Filled, As Conditioned
Subcategory: Nylon; Thermoplastic; Nylon, Aromatic; Polymer
Material Notes: Grivory XE 3706 is a 60% glass fiber-reinforced, partially aromatic polyamide designed for die cast metal replacement. Grivory GV grades have very low warpage and high stiffness and strength (high tensile strength and high flexural modulus). They also have excellent dimensional stability, meaning that the mechanical properties are virtually unaffected by humidity. Grivory Super stiff exhibits good injection moldability and surface finish, an unusual trait for materials with such high glass loadings. Grivory GV grades also exhibit less tool abrasion than other comparably filled nylons. Like most nylons, Grivory has good chemical resistance. Information provided by EMS-Grivory
