EMS-Grivory Grilon FG 40 NL Natural 6025 Film Grade Nylon 6
Subcategory: Nylon; Thermoplastic; Nylon 6; Polymer
Material Notes: Description: Grilon FG 40 NL nat 6025 is a modified, high viscosity polyamide 6, suitable for production of mono or coex blown and cast film. As a result of the modification it offers in comparison to conventional polyamide 6 following improvements: better gas barrier properties at elevated humidity and after pasteurization and sterilization, improved optical and UV-light absorption properties, better aroma barrier and flavor, better thermoforming and orientation properties. Application Examples: oriented films, sausage casings, deep drawn films, meat cheese packaging, fish (pouches, shells, covers) Data provided by EMS-Grivory.
