Description/Features:

  • High molecular weight resin providing good fused film physical properties
  • Good dispersability for easier plastisol preparation
  • Excellent Air Release
  • Good Brookfield Viscosity stability providing good plastisol shelf life

Applications:

  • Slush and Rotational Molding
  • Dip Coating and Molding
  • General plastisol formulations
  • Recommended for applications where quick and complete air release is required
  • Systems where air bubbles in final product result in aesthetic and/or performance problems

Disclaimer: Note: Plastisol Formulation F1 consists of 100 parts of this resin + 60 parts DOP.
Note: Plastisol Formulation F2 consists of 100 parts of this resin + 57 parts DOP + 3 parts ESO + 2 parts Synpron® 940.
