Material Notes:

Description/Features:

  • Medium molecular weight resin providing a good balance of fusion and fused film physical properties
  • Good dispersability for easier plastisol preparation
  • Excellent chemical foam characteristics with good overblow resistance

Applications:

  • Use where overall balance of good rheological and fused film physical properties are required
  • Low density chemically blown foams
  • Fabric coating applications requiring low "wicking" characteristics
  • Plastisol Printing Inks

Disclaimer: Note: Plastisol Formulation F1 consists of 100 parts of this resin + 60 parts DOP.
Note: Plastisol Formulation F2 consists of 100 parts of this resin + 57 parts DOP + 3 parts ESO + 2 parts Synpron® 940.
