Material Notes: Description: PLEXIGLAS® Film 99530, based on polymethyl methacrylate and polybutyl acrylate elastomers, is absolutely crystal-clear. This high-gloss film is suitable for universal application. It shows very good weather resistance in addition to impact strength and abrasion resistance, good resistance to weak acids and alkalis as well as nonpolar solvents. The film has no surface markings and can also be provided with one matte surface ("S" or "M" texture). Specific Notes for this Material: PLEXIGLAS® Film 99530 is used for nameplates, scales, dials, covers, data carriers, P-O-P displays and glazing. It is suitable for decorative and protective surface (Class A) of injection molded parts for the automotive, domestic appliances and telecommunications sectors. Information provided by degussa.
