Material Notes: A general purpose extrusion blow molding compound for pine oil applications. KC1220 has an excellent balance of properties, offering outstanding clarity and gloss, high impact strength, and good color retention. Its excellent dynamic thermal stability enables easy processability with a wide variety of equipment and conditions. This permits extended production runs with minimum maintenance and downtime, and maximum regrind recycling. It is available in glass clear, and with various levels of blue tint as free flowing pellets. KC1220 is recommended for use in a wide variety of packages for non-food applications, including pine oils. Suitable for simple Boston Round design or complex shapes and sizes for cosmetics, cleaning fluids, floor waxes, shampoos, detergents, bleaches, and engine oil. Property values are typical values.
