Material Notes: Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Characteristics: KOSYN KTR101 is linear block copolymer made by solution polymerization which polymerizes butadiene and styrene in organic solvent. It is thermoplastics free of vulcanization and has superior tensile strength and elasticity. Applications: Asphalt roofing, waterproof agent, modifier and adhesives. Additional Notes: Bound Styrene: 46% Volatile Matter: 0.7%; ASTM D1416
This product is so sensitive to sunlight and humidity that it can be tarnished and caused deterioration of quality if exposed. It is recommended to store it in cool and shady area lest it should be exposed to direct sunlight. Do not expose to incompatible materials or contaminants.
