Kydex® 200 Acrylic/PVC Thermoplastic Sheet
Subcategory: Vinyl; Acrylic; Thermoplastic
Key Words: Polyvinylchloride; PMMA; Polymethylmethacrylate
Material Notes: General purpose grade Applications: Can be used to substitute effectively for both general purpose ABS and acrylic/PVC thermoplastics. Examples include data processing equipment housings, photocopy machines, vending machine chutes, and consumer products. Features: It is among the most rigid of thermoforming materials as demonstrated by its high modulus of elasticity. Particularly effective fro pressure forming and/or where the part is going to be painted. Meet the requirement so f94 V-0 in all gauges as tested by an independent lab. Provides excellent extensibility, good impact resistance, and excellent solvent resistance. Radiant Panel: 35 as per ASTM E162 Fabrication: Excellent forming properties result in uniform wall thicknesses and crisp detail, plus easy machining and fabricating using conventional methods, further expanding finished part possibilities. Data provided by the Kleerdex Company.
