KOSTAT E-2001 Conductive PP Compound
Subcategory: Polypropylene; Thermoplastic
Material Notes: KOSTAT E-2001 is a conductive thermoplastic compound based on polypropylene. Conductivity is achieved by using a special conductive carbon black. In addition to a low electrical resistivity, E-2001 has excellent mechanical properties and is easy to extrude. Typical applications include extrusion of corrugated sheets and sheers for electronics packaging. KOSTAT E-2001 is not dependant on atmospheric conditions.Special Features This product exhibits high conductivity, easy processing, smooth sheet surface, and tight dimensional tolerances after forming. This makes KOSTAT E-2001 ideal for thermoforming various packaging products. Applications: KOSTAT E-2001 is recommended for electronics packaging such as ESD sheets, formed tray sheets, and other extruded products.
