  • Excellent adhesion even with soft compounds

Typical Applications:

  • Electric and electronic components
  • Seals
  • Coverings
  • Design and functional elements
  • Handles (for hand tools, power tools, etc.)
  • In the automotive industry (air inlet piping, cowl, stop button, door sill, etc.)

Material Advantages:

  • Excellent adhesion without pretreatment (depending on geometry and processing)
  • Adhesion to many engineering thermoplastics
  • Easy to color
  • Tactile surface (soft touch)
  • Excellent flow characteristics

Processing:

  • Processing on 2K injection molding machines (many grades also for insert molding)
  • Low back pressure
  • High shear force is beneficial for flow behavior
  • High injection speed and pressure
