LG Chemical KEYFLEX BT-1172D Thermoplastic Ester for Extrusion, 72D Hardness

Material Notes:
KEYFLEX resins, thermoplastic elastomers divided by polyester and polyolefin type, have been developed by LG`s own polymerization and compounding technology. They display the flexibility of rubber and the strength of engineering plastics. In additions, they offer very good thermal stability, chemical resistance and weather resistance. KEYFLEX resins can be widely accepted as the replacement of thermoset rubbers.

    Cable: Cable insulation, high pressure hose, wire clamp, telephone wire, computer cord, nut seal, seal parts

    Electrical and Electronic: Connector cover, connector, rubber switch, spring, timing belt

    Others: Film and sheet, packingless cap, hose, flexible coupling packing, conveyor belt, sealing parts.
