Material Notes:
Pearlthane® 11 series is based on Merquinsa`s proprietary polycaprolactone (PCL) technology. It offers a unique combination of key benefits vs. standard TPU polyesters:

Significant lower part cost because of intrinsic lower density and faster processing
Superior performance such as hydrolysis resistance, abrasion resistance and low temperature impact properties.

Plasticizer-free soft polycaprolactone grade designed for TPE compounds and soft touch ergonomic applications. It can be extruded and injection moulded.

Applications: Injection moulding: Automotive parts, and overmoulding.
Extrusion and compounding: Wire bound hoses, TPE compounding, belts & profiles such as timing belts, hose sheathing, and pneumatic tubing, elastic/barrier films, and compounding.
