Pearlthane® 11 series is based on Merquinsa`s proprietary polycaprolactone (PCL) technology. It offers a unique combination of key benefits vs. standard TPU polyesters:

Significant lower part cost because of intrinsic lower density and faster processing
Superior performance such as hydrolysis resistance, abrasion resistance and low temperature impact properties.

UV stabilized version of Pearlthane 11T85. Ideal for 2k moulding applications onto polar substrates.

Applications: Automotive interior, consumer applications, animal ID tags, gasket & seals, snow parts, goggles, sport shoe soles, shoe heels, and overmoulding. Meets key OEM automotive specifications.
