Material Notes:
Pearlthane® 11 series is based on Merquinsa`s proprietary polycaprolactone (PCL) technology. It offers a unique combination of key benefits vs. standard TPU polyesters:

Significant lower part cost because of intrinsic lower density and faster processing
Superior performance such as hydrolysis resistance, abrasion resistance and low temperature impact properties.

Very fast cycling injection moulding grade offering easy mould release, lower density and abrasion resistance.

Applications: Automotive parts, animal ID tags, gasket & seals, mining screens, snow parts, casual and sport shoe soles, shoe heels, engineering parts, and overmoulding.
