Material Notes:
Pearlthane® 11 series is based on Merquinsa`s proprietary polycaprolactone (PCL) technology. It offers a unique combination of key benefits vs. standard TPU polyesters:

Significant lower part cost because of intrinsic lower density and faster processing
Superior performance such as hydrolysis resistance, abrasion resistance and low temperature impact properties.

Injection moulding grade offering excellent paintability, outstanding abrasion resistance and short cycle time.

Applications: Automotive parts, gasket & seals, mining screens, and goggles. Ideally used for animal ID tags, sport shoe soles, and technical parts.
