Pearlthane® 11 series is based on Merquinsa`s proprietary polycaprolactone (PCL) technology. It offers a unique combination of key benefits vs. standard TPU polyesters:

Significant lower part cost because of intrinsic lower density and faster processing
Superior performance such as hydrolysis resistance, abrasion resistance and low temperature impact properties.

Fast cycling and abrasion resistance for injection moulding applications.

Applications: Automotive parts such as wheels, mining screens, sport shoe soles, shoe heels, overmoulding, and other technical parts.
