Pearlthane® 11 series is based on Merquinsa`s proprietary polycaprolactone (PCL) technology. It offers a unique combination of key benefits vs. standard TPU polyesters:

Significant lower part cost because of intrinsic lower density and faster processing
Superior performance such as hydrolysis resistance, abrasion resistance and low temperature impact properties.

Very hard polycaprolactone grade offering design options for thermoset and metal replacement in injection moulding and compounding applications.

Applications: Snow parts and overmoulding.
