This special polyether polycaprolactone copolymer product range is tailor-made to meet a wide range of specific needs such as high heat resistance and elasticity in blown film applications or outstanding mechanical properties for long term animal identification tags.

Injection moulding and extrusion grade exhibiting a good balance of hydrolysis resistance, high mechanical properties, heat performance and UV protection, Typically used for long term animal ID tags or high heat films.

Pearlthane D15N95UV is a proven solution for long term animal ID tags, meeting stringent application requirements and offering differentiated benefits:

  • Good tensile and flexural properties under a wide range of temperatures
  • Proven outdoor performance
  • Fast cycling with or without hot runners
  • Low density

Applications: Injection moulding: Automotive parts, animal ID tags, gasket & seals, mining screens, snow parts, goggles, and overmoulding.
Extrusion and compounding: Elastic film weather resistant, high heat film performance.
Extrusion and compounding: Elastic/barrier films, belts & profiles, and transparent tubing.
