Merquinsa Pearlthane® D16N80 Polyether based TPU

Material Notes:
Pearlthane® and Pearlcoat® grades of this series are used when superior hydrolysis resistance, outstanding low temperature flexibility or good microbiological protection is required. This polyether range is typically used for marine applications, geophysical cables and winter sport applications.

High transparency polyether grade offering high hydrolysis resistance. Commonly used for transparent film extrusion. Also suitable for specific injection moulding applications.

Applications: Injection moulding: Automotive parts, gasket & seals, snow parts, goggles, and overmoulding.
Extrusion and compounding: Fire hoses, and breathable HMVT, elastic/barrier films, outdoor cables, wire bound hoses, and compounding.
Melt Coating: Inflatable items.
