Pearlthane® 11 series is based on Merquinsa`s proprietary polycaprolactone (PCL) technology. It offers a unique combination of key benefits vs. standard TPU polyesters:

Significant lower part cost because of intrinsic lower density and faster processing
Superior performance such as hydrolysis resistance, abrasion resistance and low temperature impact properties.

Polycaprolactone-based TPU specially designed for extrusion applications such as films, tubing, or profiles.

Applications: Extrusion and compounding: Elastic/barrier films, belts & profiles, transparent tubing and wire bound hoses.
