Material Notes: PEARLBOND® 108 is a linear, aromatic polycaprolactone-based polyurethane, supplied in form of white slightly yellowish pellets, which combines a high crystallization rate with a medium thermoplasticity level.Applications: PEARLBOND® 108 is mainly used for making heat-sealable fabrics (Thermobonding), obtained by coating processes such as scattering or dot-coating (powder or paste). In all cases, the product is previously ground into powder, by cryogenic grinding. The particle size of the powder will depend on the application technique to be used.
