Material Notes: Applied at only 265°F (129°C), this Jet-melt LM adhesive bonds heat-sensitive substrates such as styrene foam. The flash point is 509°F (265°C). The auto ignition is 565°F (296°C). The ball and ring soft point is 157°F (70°C); ASTM E-28-6-7. The peal strength on canvas is 13 PIW at 72°F (22°C). The bonding range of a 1/8 inch bead on Douglas Fir to Douglas Fir is 120 seconds. The ingredients of the product when dried after application are listed as indirect food additives under FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.105.
