Material Notes: One part epoxy adhesive is a structural strength product that eliminates the mixing and weighing of two-part systems. This product must be heat cured. A 350°F (177°C) curing epoxy for metal to metal bonding provides exceptionally high strength, impact resistant bonds. Simmular to Scotch-Weld One-Part Epoxy 1386 Adhesive but filled to provide excellent flow control. Viscosity is paste. Optimum cure takes 60 minutes at 177°C/350°F, 10 psi. Average T-Peel at 75°F (24°C) is 5 PIW; 180° peel tested on aluminum per ASTM D 1876-61T. Information provided by 3M Adhesives Division.
