Description: Pro-fax 6501 general purpose polypropylene homopolymer resin is available as natural flake from resin is well suited for missing with pigments and other additives to make polymer concentrates or masterbatches. This resin has very minimal stabilization, which allow wide design latitude for the compounded. Additional suitable stabilization is required to protect the resin during melt processing and throughout its useful life. It meets FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for all food contact, including cooking applications. Please note that any additives compounded into this resin will require a reassessment of its FDA status. All ingredients meet the chemical registration requirements of TSCA an DSL.
