Description: LY 6100 general purpose polypropylene homopolymer resin is suitable for ropes and twines, tape, film fiber and cast film extrusion applications. This resin meets FDA requirements in the Code Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for all food contact, including cooking applications. It has a UL yellow card RTI, which applies only to the natural color resin. All ingredients meet the chemical registration requirements of TSCA and DSL.
