Basell Pro-fax™ SD375S Polypropylene Copolymer
Subcategory: Polypropylene; Thermoplastic
Material Notes: Description: Pro-fax™ SD375S medium impact polypropylene copolymer resin is available in flake form. Flake form resin is well suited for mixing with pigments and other additives to make polymer concentrates or masterbatches. This resin has very minimal stabilization, which allows wide design latitude for the compounder. Additional suitable stabilization is required to protect the resin during melt processing and throughout its useful life. This resin is designed for applications requiring an excellent balance of stiffness and impact resistance. Pro-fax™ SD375S flake resin meets FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for all food contact, excluding cooking applications. Please note that any additives compounded into this resin will require a re-assessment of its FDA status. All ingredients in Pro-fax™ SD375S resin meet the chemical registration requirements of TSCA (U.S.) and DSL (Canada). Uses: Compounding, color concentrates Information provided by Basell.
