Basell Pro-fax™ SD632 Polypropylene Copolymer
Subcategory: Polypropylene; Thermoplastic
Material Notes: Description: Pro-fax™ SD632 high melt strength polypropylene copolymer resin is designed for the production of low density foam products using the most conventional direct gassed foam extrusion systems. The unique rheological properties exhibited by Pro-fax™ SD632 resin support stable cell growth during expansion with currently used physical blowing agents. The extruded article can be melt phase thermoformed. Pro-fax™ SD632 resin meets FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations, 21 CFR 177.2600, for rubber articles for repeat use. The final item is subject to the extraction requirements in 21 CFR 177.2600. All ingredients in Pro-fax™ SD632 resin meet the chemical registration requirements of TSCA (U.S.) and DSL (Canada). Uses: Automotive applications, food containers, microwave cookware, flotation devices Information provided by Basell.
