Material Notes: Dry as molded. Extrusion grade. Nylene 603 is a plasticized, high residual monomer resin designed for extrusion applications requiring excellent flexibility, high strength and good abrasion resistance. Applications include
flexible tubing, cable jacketing, and monofilament extrusion such as fish line and netting,
sewing thread, and weaving thread. Optimum processing conditions should permit for a melt
temperature of approximately 450ºF at the die.
