Custom Resins Nylene® PX1719 Nylon 6
Subcategory: Nylon; Thermoplastic; Nylon 6
Close Analogs: Data provided by the manufacturer
Key Words: Polyamide 6
Material Notes: Dry as molded. Extrusion grade. Nylene PX1719HS is a heat stabilized, high impact, nylon 6 extrusion grade resin with a low flexural modulus. PX1719HS is ideally suited for extrusion of tubing and profiles requiring
outstanding toughness and flexibility. Because of its excellent flow characteristics, it may also
be used for injection molding parts requiring a high Izod impact value. Optimum processing
conditions should provide a melt temperature of 520 - 540ºF at the die or nozzle.
