INEOS NOVA N7001M Compact PS
Subcategory: Polystyrene; Thermoplastic
Close Analogs: INEOS NOVA began October 1 2007 as an expansion of the 50:50 joint venture between NOVA Chemicals and INEOS to include North American assets.
Material Notes: General-purpose polystyrene, designed for injection molding and extrusion applications having an optimal combination of dimensional stability, and mechanical properties. Most applications are in the production of technical parts, packaging, and cups for hot drinks. For extrusion the material is useful for foamed film, foamed board and profiles. The material is provided with external lubricant to improve flow properties in pneumatic conveying systems. For extrusion, generally a non-lubricated grade is preferred.
