Stat-Rite® X5166 is a static dissipative, High-Impact Polystyrene alloy. Stat-Rite® X5166 utilizes the patented Stat-Rite® inherently dissipative polymer (IDP) alloy system to provide clean, permanent ESD protection. Stat-Rite® IDP alloys retain consistent uniform static dissipation properties when thermoformed into complex tray designs.

  • Clean: no sloughing, low offgassing, low ionics
  • Consistent ESD properties after thermoforming
