Panipol Oy DXH-PP Inherently Conductive Polymer
Subcategory: Additive/Filler for Polymer
Material Notes: Panipol DXH-PP composition is conductive masterbatch for melt processing mainly with polypropylene. It is based on conductive Polyaniline and resin. Main benefits of Panipol DXH-PP grade are controllable resistance in optimal ESD protection range 10^6-10^9 O, low sloughing and limited colorablity. the conductivity of Panipol DXH-PP / matrix polymer blend is tunable from insulators into matrix polymer chain instead of acting as a filler. The conductive/dissipative property is permanent and built into the polymer chain. Panipol DXH-PP has been developed mainly for injection molding applications. Panipol DXH-PP should be used in 10-18% ratio with PP Heterophasic copolymer to achieve surface resistance values from 10^6 to 10^10 O, (IEC 61340-5-1d). The products made out of Panipol DXH-PP are resusable and recyclable. Typical applications include injection moulded boxes and bins etc. giving permanent ESD protection for the various packaging applications. Information provided by Panipol Oy Ltd
