Material Notes:
PolySept products typically contain 5 – 20% of an antimicrobial agent that is compounded into a plastic resin. The result is an antimicrobial polymer concentrate in a uniform pelletized form. PolySept antimicrobial polymer concentrates are made-to-order products, and can be formulated into PE, PP, PS, ABS, Nylon, Polyester, and PC. The resulting pelletized concentrate can be used as an additive masterbatch, for a variety of molding and extrusion processes. Since many antimicrobial agents are available only as viscous liquids, PolySept products simplify or eliminate many issues, such as handling and feeding issues.
