Material Notes: Petromont HDPE 1202 is a high-density polyethylene copolymer resin produced using the UNIPOL® Process. This resin is designed for use in the blow moulding of large parts such as shipping containers ranging in sizes from 19 to 210 litres (5 to 55 gallons). It is also used in automotive fuel tanks, jerrycans, sleds, floating docks, etc.Petromont HDPE 1202 is a high molecular weight hexene modified resin with a broad molecular weight distribution offering excellent parison stability, combined with excellent stress cracking resistance, toughness and good rigidity. It also has excellent resistance to most chemicals.
