Material Notes:
POLIPOM® is a plastic which is manufactured by the polymerization of formaldehyde. Its high proportional crystallized structure of the oxygen and methyl groups inside, provides it high proportional hardness and strength even without any addition of reinforced structure material. It is resistant to alkalis and hot water. It is resistant to organic solvents which are commonly used, to petroleum products and to many of the mineral oils.
