PolyPlastics Freqtis® P1210A (PPS/LCP), Molding Compound
Subcategory: Polyphenylene Sulfide; Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP); Thermoplastic
Material Notes: As FREQTIS® compounds employ PPS and LCP as the base polymer, with both resins boasting excellent heat resistance, dimensional stability and molding processability, they are widely used for surface mounted electronic components. In addition, these compounds basically have characteristics appropriate for high-frequency device materials on account of their low dielectric losses in high frequency regions. FREQTIS® is a series of molding compounds that allow dielectric constant control through compounding high dielectric constant ceramic developed independently by Otsuka Chemical with PPS and LCP by specific technology.
