Material Notes:
Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR). High acrylonitrile (ACN) content. Copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. To meet British Gas Specification BGC/PS/LC6 Class "C", 55-65 IRHD. Approval ref.: 31/6.1.vii. MSL lab code 2P.660. Also meets British Standard BS2494 Type G.

Applications: Elastomeric seals for use in pipelines carrying manufactured or natural gas at operating temperatures of -5°C to +40°C and pressures up to 7 bar.
