Material Notes: Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR) 55-65 °IRHD. Copolymer of styrene and butadiene.Applications: Good sealing resistance to brake fluids and water. Poor against petroleum oils, solvents and weather. The use of SBR in automotive brake systems has now been superseded by EPDM.
