Material Notes: Silicone Rubber, 56-65 °IRHD. Silicone rubber having both methyl and vinyl substituent groups on the polymer chain. Formulated using only those ingredients determined by the United States Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to be in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21 (CFR21), Section 177.2600. Formulated to BS2494 Type ‘W’ and Water Research Council (WRC) tested in accordance with BS6920 ‘Items which have passed full tests of effects on water quality’ (for use in potable water applications). ASTM & ISO designation = VMQ. WRC Approval No. 9910521.Applications: Cold and hot water, plus low-pressure steam, up to +110°C.
