Material Notes:
PRE-ELEC ESD 6110 is a static dissipative thermoplastic masterbatch based on PS. The dissipative property is permanent and built into the polymer chain. PRE-ELEC ESD 6110 has been developed for injection molding and extrusion of multi-layer sheets for thermoforming. PRE-ELEC ESD 6110 should be used in 40 - 75% ratio with standard HIPS to achieve surface resistance values from 107 to 1010 ohms (EOS/ESD S11.11-1993, IEC 61340-5-1). The products made out of PRE-ELEC ESD 6110 are washable, reusable and recyclable. PRE-ELEC ESD 6110 can also be colored.

Typical applications include injection molded boxes and bins and thermoformed trays and clamshells which give permanent ESD protection for the electronics, medical, pharmaceutical and paper handling industries.
