Premix Thermoplastics PRE-ELEC® PE 1295
Subcategory: Polyethylene; Additive/Filler for Polymer; Thermoplastic; HDPE
Material Notes: PRE-ELEC PE 1295 is a dissipative thermoplastic compound based on PE-HD. The electrical dissipation is achieved by using special conductive carbon black. In addition to stable surface resistance between 106-109 ohms PRE-ELEC PE 1295 has an excellent balance of mechanical properties and is easy to injection mould.Typical applications include injection molded pallets, crates, boxes and tote bins for electronic, automotive and chemical industry to prevent static charges. Test Specimen - 4.0 mm thick, 10.0 mm wide molded rod. Information provided by Premix Thermoplastics Inc.
