Material Notes:
PREADD UV 118 is a masterbatch giving very good UV-protection to polyolefin plastics.

PREADD UV 118 has been developed especially for greenhouse films, where the film is exposed to direct sunlight even in the presence of chemicals such as pesticides and insecticides. Apart from giving first class UV protection, PREADD UV 118 also acts as an effective antioxidant agent improving the long-term heat stability of the final product. PREADD UV 118 also protects the film from the corrosive effect of metal frames.

PREADD UV 118 can be used in all polyolefins: PE-LD, PE-HD and PP, as well as polyolefin copolymers.
