Material Notes:
PREBLACK PE 706-40 is polyethylene based black masterbatch. It is well suited for the coloring of PE-LD and PE-HD films, profiles, hollow articles and injection-molded goods. PREBLACK PE 706-40 can also be used for polypropylene.

PREBLACK PE 706-40 contains 20 % of CaCO3.

Due to the good dispersion and low grit content of the carbon black used in PREBLACK PE 706-40, it can be used even in films thinner than 40 microns.

According to BgVV regulations PREBLACK PE 706-40 is approved for use in contact with foodstuffs as long as the content of carbon black less than 2.5% in the product produced.
