Material Notes: Description Chevron EB6540 is a general purpose, high impact polystyrene material developed for packaging and disposable applications. Its higher melt flow and additive package facilitates its use for extrusion and thermoforming. Chevron EB6540 natural complies with Food Additive Regulation 21CFR177.1640 for polystyrene and rubber modified polystyrene, which states that such materials may be safely used in contact with foods.
